The video is based on a document that the late William Cooper apparently found
in a used copier he purchased during the 1980's. The Authenticity of the document has never been verified even to this day, much like the Report from Iron Mountain, MJ-12, and Project Bluebeam, just to name a few examples. However, the one who originally wrote the paper had access to authentic sources and a rather sophisticated understanding of human nature.
The point I am making is to watch the video, do your own research, think for yourself and make your own decisions.
