Agenda 21 is an action plan developed by the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, Division of Sustainable Development during the 1992 conference in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. The report full title is "Agenda 21; Earth Summit – The United Nations Programme of Action from Rio," indicates that this plan was the focus of the 1992 UN conference in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. The title's "21" refers to the 21st century.

The aims of Agenda 21 are very broad but are generally referred to as "sustainable development." This naturally is used to justify massive spending on environmental issues. However, the first issue mentioned is the "disparity" between rich and poor nations, which has long been used by internationalists to justify massive forced redistribution of wealth between countries. Other problems targeted by Agenda 21 are "poverty, hunger, ill health and illiteracy."

Agenda 21 consists of 40 chapters grouped into 4 sections: "Social and Economic Dimensions," "Conservation and Management of Resources for Development," "Strengthening the Role of Major Groups" and "Means of Implementation." Particularly disturbing chapters within the first section are "Changing Consumption Patterns," which invites massive government meddling with the market, and "Demographic Dynamics & Sustainability," which is uncomfortably close to population control. Even if these are accomplished by voluntary means, they still represent disruptive government interference, which brings a slew of unintended consequences.

The second section is a compendium of standard environmentalist demands for government regulations, including limits on biotechnology. The major groups mentioned in the third section include women, children, indigenous people, non-governmental organizations, local authorities, trade unions, businesses, scientists and technologists and farmers. The means of implementation include forced technology transfers from rich to poor nations at the rich nations' expense, increased funding for science, increased propaganda disguised as education and public outreach and various national and international government agencies, institutions and laws. The book additionally contains the texts of the "Rio Declaration on Environment and Development" and the "Non-Legally Binding Authoritative Statement of Principles for a Global Consensus on the Management, Conservation and Sustainable Development of All Types of Forests."

One major problem with Agenda 21 is a philosophical assumption stated in the Preamble: "Its successful implementation is first and foremost the responsibility of Governments." Two major problems exist with this statement. First, as Einstein said, the solution to a problem requires a different mindset than that which created it; however, governments have been in control as these problems developed and are unlikely to be able to come up with the novel solutions required to solve them. Second, this also discourages the private sector from finding solutions to environmental problems; one good example of this is Hawk Mountain Sanctuary in eastern Pennsylvania, which is privately owned and protects a critical point of migration for raptors.

Urbanization is an important part of Agenda 21. While cities can reduce certain environmental impacts, such as long commutes, other factors will increase the footprint of city dwellers. With over half of the world's population now urbanized, we have probably already passed the point where increased urbanization results in net negative environmental impacts. The statist Chinese have been strong supporters of Agenda 21; in anticipation of fulfilling its directives, they have built massive cities that paradoxically remain unoccupied, thereby adding the environmental costs of construction without generating any of the social benefits that are supposed to arise.

Who was she: Well-known and controversial during her life, Helena Petrovna Blavatsky was influential on spiritualism and related subcultures. But today Blavatsky is known mostly for her celebration of Satan. She wrote as follows: "It is Satan who is the god of our planet and the only god ... and this without any allusive metaphor to its wickedness and depravity."

Blavatsky believed that the one called Lucifer was never evil but was, on the contrary, the light-bringer, which is in fact the literal meaning of the name Lucifer. Blavatsky's views are apparently based on the heresy of Gnosticism. Though not usually described accurately, the Gnostic heresy is a simple one. It seeks the rehabilitation of Satan, which the Roman Catholic Church turned into an "opponent" in order to accommodate Christian dogma.

Blavatsky remained unmoved by the large amount of vitriol she received over the years. The label "charlatan" was among the kindest. "Fraud" was another appellation. She was said to be a plagiarist in addition to being a liar. She was interested in racial science, declaring, "The Semites, especially the Arabs, are later Aryans — degenerate in spirituality and perfected in materiality."

The first aim of her Theosophical Society is "To form a nucleus of the Universal Brotherhood of Humanity, without distinction of race, creed, sex, caste or colour." She is without a doubt someone who promoted what we could today call the new world order and this may account for her continued popularity.

There is apparently a shrine raised to her in the United Nations. Her racial theories, scientific approach to mysticism and elevation of Lucifer as the Divine bringer of light put her squarely in the camp of those who today promote the cult of the "new world order" and its Illuminati roots, which Blavatsky apparently did a good deal to nourish. It would seem likely they funded her.

Background: Helena Petrovna Blavatsky was born in 1831 in what is today known as the Ukraine. Blavatsky came from a titled family and both her mother and sister were writers. Blavatsky's first cousin was Sergei Witte, Russian Minister and Prime Minister during the reign of Tsar Nicholas II.

Blavatsky married for a month at seventeen, but rode a horse back to her grandfather in Tiflis. He decided she should live with her father in St. Petersburg but she missed the steamer and instead took a boat to Instabul.

Obviously an impetuous person, Blavatsky settled for a while in India where she founded something called the Society in Madras (now Chennai). In 1877, having sailed to New York earlier in 1873, she wrote her first book, Isis Unveiled (1877), based on the Ancient Wisdom or Wisdom Religion, the key underlying all religions of humanity.

The book was written after a long period of traveling around the world, during which she claimed to have visited such places as Egypt, France, Canada (Quebec), England, South America, Germany, Mexico, India, Greece and Tibet. She claimed to have studied there with the ascetics.

The book was doubtless written to further Blavatsky's career as a psychic and medium. This was a fast-growing movement that would reach its peak after World War I.

Blavatsky claimed various psychic feats including levitation, clairvoyance, telepathy, etc. However, her interests were more intellectual than this. Blavatsky didn't just want to earn a living apparently; she wanted to create a science. On July 8, 1878, Blavatsky became a naturalized citizen of the United States but wanderlust struck once again and later that year she left once more for India and never returned to the US.

It was in New York where Helena Blavatsky achieved heights of fame, founding her Theosophical Society and popularizing the word "occultism." The book, Isis Unveiled, sought to merge various Eastern and Western spiritual elements. Blavatsky sought in fact to create an accommodation between science and religion and her book was a great success, bringing further recognition to her Society.

Back in India, Blavatsky roamed restlessly, settling for a while in Bombay, where she became a Buddist. In 1880, while at a dinner party with a number of socially important people she materialized a lost brooch belonging to a Mrs. Hume. This added greatly to her legend. By 1882, the Theosophical Society was known throughout the world, and she moved to Madras, India.

Still not settled, Helena Blavatsky traveled to Belgium in 1886 where she wrote parts of the Secret Doctrine. This proved a great strain, and with health failing Blavatsky traveled to England where a disciple put her up in her own house. There Blavatsky ended her life in 1891. Her last words, apparently, were, "Keep the link unbroken! Do not let my last incarnation be a failure."

Who was he: Adolf Hitler was the Führer [English: leader] of Germany from 1933-1945 and the creator of the National Socialist (NAZI) party. Hitler is still among the most widely discussed and most reviled men in the Western world, more commonly reviled even than Josef Stalin, who was equally brutal. Hitler was initially a military man and during his rise to power he built his reputation based on the resentment of Jews and of nationalist appeal for restoring Germany's place in the world.

In building his power base within the Nazi party, Hitler participated, as leader of the NSDAP (German Workers Party, Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei, precursor to the Nazi party, NDP) in a failed coup in 1923 and went to jail (until 1924) where he wrote his famous book Mein Kampf, the first volume of which was released in 1925, and volume two in 1926.

Reports in some alternative media state that while in prison Hitler was loaned a typewriter by Emil Georg von Stauss, president of Deutsche Bank and Rothschild business associate, in order to write Mein Kampf. If accurate, this would be in keeping with revisionist history that claims Hitler was an invention of the Anglosphere power elite. According to this theory, wealthy banking families, based especially in the City of London, were responsible for his rise in Germany and wanted Hitler to run Germany as the leader of the Nazis. It is even possible, according to certain alternative media theories, that World War II was in a sense planned in order to create a "new world order" based on the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and other globalist institutions – including creating the impetus for the creation of the modern State of Israel.

While such speculations may seem outlandish to some readers, it is certainly true that Hitler received funding from prominent American and British banks and had business connections to prominent American personalities such as David Rockefeller. Many large business interests in Germany, Britain and America were intermingled. After the war America, through Operation Paperclip, smuggled into America many of Germany's brightest scientists who formed the core of America's future space program.

Modern history, thanks to the Internet, provides much additional insight into the history of Adolf History. His supposed hatred of Jews – the Final Solution – and many aspects of his rule have come into question, not just from Holocaust deniers but also from many others in the alternative media who see patterns emerging from Hitler and World War II that have buttressed current trends.

The current trend is doubtlessly headed toward an Anglosphere dominated one-world order. In both the US and Britain, one can see a good many of Hitler's leadership strategies being applied to society today. The endless war on terror, the state spying on critics of the realm and the general erection of a police state all mimic what Hitler attempted with good success in Germany.

This leads some to question whether the German Reich was in some sense a preliminary attempt to create what is occurring today in the 21st century in the two countries that most opposed Hitler. That what is occurring in the West today gives rise to such a question is a sad commentary on what is happening. There are tragic implications to such queries, and it seems clear they have yet to play out in their entirety.

Background: Adolf Hitler was born on the 20th of April 1889, in the small Austrian town of Braunau am Inn near the German border. Both of Hitler's parents had come from poor peasant families. His father, Alois Hitler, the illegitimate son of a housemaid, was an intelligent and ambitious civil servant who eventually became a senior customs official.

Adolf Hitler was very bright and did well in school. But he was not inclined to go into the civil service and preferred to be an artist. Eventually Hitler moved to Vienna with the intention of studying art but the Vienna Academy of Art twice rejected his application. The hostilities of the First World War redirected his energies. Hitler served courageously and suffered injuries during the war. When the war ended, Hitler was a decorated corporal whose vociferousness within the medical wards he occupied escaped none.

After the war, Hitler gravitated to politics and began to give speeches for the German Workers Party. He blamed Germany's defeat on those who had "stabbed her in the back," including Jews. Hitler believed it was Germany's manifest destiny to rise again, and that this would be due to the innate superiority of the Aryan race. He later outlined such theories in Mein Kampf [English: my struggle/my battle] while incarcerated.

In 1932, as the 43-year-old head of the Nazi Party, Hitler was made Chancellor of Germany by a deflated and humiliated population suffering under the yoke of the Treaty of Versailles. On the 27th of February, 1933, someone set fire to the Reichstag and as a result Hitler assumed emergency powers that would eventually give him full command of Germany in every sense. Hitler was the state, and the state was Hitler.

Hitler's avowed purpose was to remove the oppressive yoke and return Germany to her previous greatness - a society responsible for producing many of the world's greatest technological and other advancements. Prior to the complete devastation of the nation's economy and the pilfering of its wealth, Germany had been a prosperous light and it was this light that Hitler sought to illuminate once again. Hitler intended to expand Germany's borders in order to do so and on September 1st, 1939, he ordered the German army into Poland. He expected this would only be one of a number of local wars but instead, England declared war.

Initially, Hitler and Germany won quick victories and soon dominated all of Europe. But when the United States declared war on Germany, it was clear that Germany was doomed militarily. Hitler's position was not helped by his determination to declare war against the Soviet Union.

In January 1945, the Soviet troops entered Nazi Germany and Hitler moved his headquarters to Berlin, where he eventually committed suicide with Russian and American troops approaching. Hitler died with his wife, Eva Braun. Both took cyanide tablets and then Hitler supposedly shot himself in the head.

Increasingly there are problems with many parts of the narrative of Adolph Hitler's tale. The Internet shows us that people usually do not rise to Hitler's level without the support of the Anglosphere power elite. Doubtless as time goes on, more details about Hitler's "secret history" will be revealed that will contradict much of the currently accepted narrative. Today, many people, particularly those of German heritage, fear even discussing the topic of Adolf Hitler. Hate speech laws have been erected that virtually suppress any debate about the accuracy of mainstream historical perspectives dealing with the matter.

Who was he: Nelson Aldrich Rockefeller was born in Bar Harbor, Maine, the grandson of Standard Oil founder John Davison Rockefeller, Sr.  Nelson Rockefeller was Governor of New York, the 41st Vice President of the United States and ran for the US presidency three times as a moderate Republican but failed to win the GOP nomination.

The Rockefeller name is synonymous with great wealth but no one knows outside the family what their total net worth is, as all the family records concerning assets are closed to outside researchers. Most of the family wealth has been locked up in trusts created in 1934 and 1952 and a trust committee comprised of top investment professionals manages everything. Some experts have suggested their great wealth exceeds $100 billion dollars; others more expansive, suggesting it may even run into the trillions.

Nelson Rockefeller ran for the GOP presidential nomination in 1960, 1964 and 1968 and was the leader of the moderate and liberal wing of the Republican Party. Although Rockefeller never won an election for federal office, he was appointed by Gerald Ford as Vice President following the Nixon Watergate scandal and impeachment.

The vast wealth of the Rockefeller family has made them one of the most important parts of the Anglo-American Axis. Much of American history and problems in the Middle East can be traced to a US and British foreign policy designed to control the oil resources of the region. This is especially true in Iran. Rockefeller oil interests, along with Henry Kissinger, helped develop the destructive and interventionist foreign policies, which have caused and are responsible for war and conflict around the world. The Rockefellers have certainly been at the front and center of the purposeful development and implementation of a mercantilist economy in America – and the accruing benefits are massive, at least for the Rockefellers and their associates.

Background: Nelson Rockefeller was born July 8th, 1908, the son of John Davison Rockefeller, Jr. and Abby Aldrich Rockefeller and the grandson of both Standard Oil founder and Chairman John Davison Rockefeller, Sr. and US Senator Nelson Wilmarth Aldrich, a Republican from Rhode Island who was instrumental in drafting the Aldrich–Vreeland Act in 1908, which laid the foundation for the birth of the Federal Reserve System.

Young Rockefeller attended elementary and high school at the Lincoln School. Rockefeller graduated cum laude with an A.B. in economics from Dartmouth and worked in a number of the family businesses including Chase National Bank, Rockefeller Center, Inc., later joining the board and serving as president and later chairman. Rockefeller also worked Creole Petroleum (a Standard Oil subsidiary based in Venezuela), was a trustee of the Museum of Modern Art and joined his brothers in creating the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, a philanthropy organization. Incidentally,

Nelson Rockefeller was raised in a rather conservative and religious Baptist home but was a moderate and open-minded Republican. When Rockefeller vetoed a bill as Governor of New York in 1972 he stated, "I do not believe it right for one group to impose its vision of morality on an entire society."

Rockefeller was on the cover of Time magazine in the May 22, 1939 issue.  So was Adolf Hitler, named the Man of the Year in the January 2, 1939 edition. During World War II Nelson Rockefeller served the Roosevelt Administration as he did the Truman, Eisenhower and Nixon administrations in a wide range of positions with a special interest in foreign affairs. Rockefeller also was a member of the American delegation to the original organizational conference creating the United Nations in 1945 in San Francisco.

In 1956, Nelson Rockefeller met Henry Kissinger and they became lifelong friends sharing similar views on Cold War foreign policy. Rockefeller formed the Special Studies Project, a planning group headed by Kissinger and funded by the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, which advocated global governance and big government solutions to problems facing the US and the world in addition to Cold War concerns with the Soviet Union.

Rockefeller was also very much involved in conservation and preserving forests and parks. Since he was one of the wealthiest men in the world, he generally left the nitty-gritty of policy implementation to his aides. For example, as governor, Rockefeller worked to develop a new type of bond described as "moral obligation" bonds to fund projects like low income housing in New York State. They were not specifically backed or guaranteed by the state but their status implied the government wouldn't let them fail. Many historians and economists believe this led to the "Too Big To Fail" problems that have plagued major US banks, airlines, insurance companies, auto companies and housing guarantors, a more blatantly obvious tack since the 2008 meltdown.

The regulatory democracy political system in the US is structured so the voters and citizenry take out their frustrations, blame and resentments on disposable politicians, institutions and their advisors. This serves to protect the powerful wealthy families and their special interests from blame for their actions and policies. In this way, Nelson Rockefeller was able to receive credit for popular policies while being shielded from his many more disastrous ones.

Nelson Rockefeller died on January 26, 1979 and is buried in the Rockefeller Family Cemetary in Sleepy Hollow, New York.

Who is he: The aging David Rockefeller, Sr. is the youngest and last surviving child of John D. Rockefeller, Jr.

David Rockefeller, Sr. is commonly held to be one of the leading elites in implementing what has come to be known as a global One World Order led by Anglo-American elites. Rockefeller describe his life goal in his 2002 autobiography entitled Memoirs, as follows:

"For more than a century ideological extremists at either end of the political spectrum.... have attacked the Rockefeller family for the inordinate influence they claim we wield over American political and economic institutions. Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as 'internationalists' and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure – one world, if you will. If that's the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it."

This leading elite family, along with other American and European families, have effectively ruled the United States behind a veneer of regulatory democracy. The costs to the American taxpayers are incalculable but one can imagine that over time tens of trillions of dollars have been looted via unnecessary wars and unnecessary fiscal and monetary adventures. Under the US Federal Reserve, an elitist-run central bank, the dollar has been debased by at least 95 percent.

The leadership and global governance goals of this and a few other very wealthy families have bankrupted the US and are rapidly bankrupting the EU as well. Central banking ruin, planned wars, strategic famines and other repugnant strategies all seem to be tools that the Anglo-American elites use to further reduce the power of Western middle classes in order to prepare for the eventual imposition of one-world government.

Although David Rockefeller's personal net worth is something over $2 billion dollars, placing him among the 300 richest people in the world, this is but a small percentage of the Rockefeller fortune. Most of the family wealth and power is maintained inside of untaxed family trusts created before the income tax became law and accumulates – often tax-free offshore – in successor companies of Standard Oil established by David's father, John D. Rockefeller, Jr., and in their vast real estate empire.

The elite drive toward global governance and a one-world government has been thwarted somewhat by the rise of the Internet, which has exposed elitist plans. However, energetic elitists like David Rockefeller pose a formidable challenge to those who wish to live in a freer and more prosperous world for all. David Rockefeller is old and decrepit now, but his life bears testimony to how only a few intelligent and motivated people with enormous sums of money at their disposal can place the world on certain paths that benefit an impossibly wealthy handful while impoverishing billions.

Background: David Rockefeller was born on June 12, 1915 in what was then the largest private residence in New York City. The home has since been donated to and is now a part of the Museum of Modern Art.

Due to the vast wealth and many estates owned by the family, David Rockefeller spent much of his childhood on the vast family estate of Pocantico and at a large mansion on Mount Desert Island at Bar Harbor in Maine, where elite families like the Fords enjoyed the summers. Rockefeller attended the Lincoln School in Harlem, which was influenced by the leftist John Dewey.

Like other children of the power elite, David Rockefeller graduated from Harvard University (after writing a senior thesis on Fabian socialism), did some graduate work and spent a year at the London School of Economics. David Rockefeller's childhood and young adulthood was steeped in elite privilege of a certain type and this much has not really changed for Rockefeller scions. The wealth and power of the family with their private trusts, foundations and organizations like the Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations and the Bilderberg Group puts it at the top of the Anglo-American Axis power elite.

Following service in the army during World War II and at executive levels for US intelligence in North Africa and France, David Rockefeller, Sr.  returned to the family business. Rockefeller joined the Council on Foreign Relations in 1949 as a director and later became the chairman from 1970 to 1985 of this most influential of the numerous Anglo-American organizations.

David Rockefeller had a close working relationship with the CIA through the Dulles Brothers, and at its inception it was even housed conveniently in Rockefeller Center. During this initial period the CIA was involved in the coup that put the Shah of Iran in power. Conspiratorial historians especially believe that much of Washington's Middle East problems and military interventions stem from a foreign policy created to expand Rockefeller oil interests.

Oil was only one part of the vast Rockefeller financial empire. David joined the staff of Chase National Bank, "the Rockefeller Bank," and served as Chairman and CEO from 1969 to 1980. Rockefeller also built the Chase Manhattan Plaza, the largest bank building in the world, appropriately just across the street from another controlled institution, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. It was the bank of the United Nations and had over 50,000 correspondent bank relationships. The Rockefeller family donated the land on which the UN was built.

The Trilateral Commission was founded in 1973 by David Rockefeller, who had earlier in the decade founded the Club of Rome.  Rockefeller was also Chairman of the Council on Foreign Relations when he founded these organizations, so one could say that David Rockefeller achieved a "trifecta" of internationalism at this time. Among all the out-front globalists, David Rockefeller has pride of place, given his initiatives and leading positions.

Rockefeller supposedly first proposed the organization in 1972 at a Bilderberg conference but it did not receive much positive response. His description: the organization could "be of help to government by providing measured judgment." Despite the cold reception, Rockefeller went ahead and perhaps his suggestion to the Bilderbergers was merely a formality.

Zbigniew Brzezinski resigned from Columbia University to help Rockefeller form the group, joined by Alan Greenspan and Paul Volcker, both of whom became chairmen of the Federal Reserve system. Rockefeller founded the startup along with the Ford Foundation. The first meeting was apparently held at Rockefeller's New York Pocantico estate, attended by 250 of the world's industrial, bureaucratic and economic elite. The Trilateral Commission was formally inaugurated in 1973. Today it has 350 members, publishes a magazine called Trialogue and continues emphasis on building relationships between Europe, Asia and the US.

In 1975 "Outline for Remaking World Trade and Finance" stated, "Close Trilateral cooperation in keeping the peace, in managing the world economy, and in fostering economic development and in alleviating world poverty, will improve the chances of a smooth and peaceful evolution of the global system."

Another document stated: "The overriding goal is to make the world safe for interdependence by protecting the benefits which it provides for each country against external and internal threats which will constantly emerge from those willing to pay a price for more national autonomy ... More frequently however, it will call for checking the intrusion of national government into the international exchange of both economic and non-economic goods."

Senator Barry Goldwater wrote the following in With No Apologies: "In my view, the Trilateral Commission represents a skillful, coordinated effort to seize control and consolidate the four centers of power: political, monetary, intellectual, and ecclesiastical. All this is to be done in the interest of creating a more peaceful, more productive world community ... As managers and creators of the system they will rule the future."

According to The August Report, the Trilateral Commission retains enormous clout. "For anyone who doubts the Commission's continuing influence on [President Barack] Obama, consider that he has already appointed no less than eleven members of the Commission to top-level and key positions in his Administration ... According to official Trilateral Commission membership lists, there are only 87 members from the United States (the other 337 members are from other regions). Thus, in less than two weeks since his inauguration, Obama's appointments encompass more than 12% of Commission's entire U.S. membership."

Many have postulated an Anglo-American elite that seeks one world governance – a kind of New World Order (also known as One World Order). Such speculation is commonly derided by the mainstream news establishment as "conspiracy theory." Those who are involved in such speculation see various patterns at play within the larger sociopolitical environment at work in the world today. Their perspectives may be supported by various evidences that there is a conspiracy and that the conspirators are those who seek to saddle the world with such a New World Order.

Woodrow Wilson and Winston Churchill both apparently used the term "New World Order" after their respective world wars to describe the new nature of the world's environment. The idea was that a host of internationalist, collective instrumentalities could be grafted onto nation-states without affecting nations' rights to self-determination. The United Nations, NATO, WHO, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and the Bank for International Settlements are just some of the overarching facilities that were created in the 20th century as a result.

The early and mid-20th century were a kind of heyday for these inter-global elements because of various socialist and progressive public movements that tilted sentiment toward globalist-oriented solutions. But in the 21st century with the ruin of these instrumentalities so evident and obvious, there is possibly a good deal less support. The support for the European Union, for instance, was very strong in the 20th century and for a few years into the 21st century. But now with the difficulties that the EU faces, it is probably likely that the populace of many countries would rethink their entrée if they could.

Whether one believes in a New World Order or not, there are plenty of prominent people who have commented on it, including various writers such as H. G. Wells. He defined the New World Order as a kind of technocracy where skilled people would plan the world scientifically. This is analogous to Plato's suggestion for Utopia planned by "wise ones." Today, the term technocracy has dropped from popularity but the ideas behind technocracy-oriented (Platonic) solutions remain.

The 1960s saw the rise of various right wing elements, including in the US the John Birch Society, that denounced the "insiders" – basically wealthy elitists – who ran the world, and claimed these individuals wanted to set up totalitarian communism. Gary Allen, in his 1971 famous book None Dare Call It Conspiracy became a main spokesman for the Birchers and their perspectives. The suspicions of those who research or read seriously about such theories were heightened when in response to Iraq's invasion of Kuwait and US commencement of the Gulf War,George H. W. Bush gave a nationally broadcast speech on 9/11/1990 to Congress, explaining that the US should take advantage of the Gulf crisis as a "unique and extraordinary moment" out of which a "new world order can emerge."

What was the reaction? Some likened it to an "electric shock" going through those groups and individuals who believed that there were elites running the world and aiming for a New World Order. Evangelist Pat Robertson soon wrote the book The New World Order, which became a bestseller. It strung together the various elements of supposed elite control, including, according to a Wikipedia summary, "Wall Street, the Federal Reserve System,Council on Foreign Relations, Bilderberg Group, and Trilateral Commission. [These] control the flow of events from behind the scenes, nudging us constantly and covertly in the direction of world government for the Antichrist."

Wikipedia itself takes a non-judgmental view toward conspiracy theory in general. But in fact, this is probably a little like taking a non-judgmental approach to mortality. One can debate whether or not death exists, but sooner or later one will know for sure it does. For anyone who uses today's Internet to research "one-world order" conspiracies the facts will soon snap into place. There is a nascent New World Order. Intergenerational elites have worked patiently for its fulfillment for at least a century, perhaps much longer. To deny the overwhelming flood of websites devoted to one-world governance and the obvious patterns enunciated therein is certainly possible. But it is more difficult every day.

The term "power elite" traces to the writings of C. Wright Mills, including his 1956 book, The Power Elite. The concept posits wealthy and/or well connected families and individuals who seek to expand their wealth by applying and promoting dominant social themes. Such themes may eventually develop into widely held archetypes or memes.

Often such themes seem to originate with the United Nations, World Bank, World Trade Organization, World Health Organization or other international bodies that are receptive to influence by the power elite. The themes then are picked up and rebroadcast by the mainstream media. Thus, what may seem to be the work of an independent institutional staff may actually be the brainchild of the power elite.

Concepts such as bird flu, Islamofascism and peak oil are so extensively promoted that much of the public unquestioningly accepts their fearful premises and demand action. Those with the wherewithal to provide solutions – products, services and corporate offerings via public markets – may earn vast profits as a consequence.

There is little contemporary scholarly analysis of the concept of the power elite, but it corresponds roughly to what once was called "the money power."

There are a variety of theories as to the composition and character of the power elite. It sometimes is referred to ominously as the "Illuminati," the "black church" or the "black nobility." It is not necessary to confirm such characterizations to recognize that the action and influence of modern money power are pervasive.

In most conceptions, the core of the power elite coalesces around the European and American banking dynasties and some elite, titled families, or it may be characterized as a "sub-church" within the Roman Catholic, Jewish or other religion. Chief among these dynasties are likely the Rockefellers and Rothschilds.

In some conceptions, the power elite includes members who claim to trace their ancestry to ancient times, even to Babylon and beyond. This accords with the notion that members believe their pedigrees differentiate them from the "common herd."

Signifiers of power elite activity include a disdain of free markets and the persistent and uncritical promotion of a theme or meme to the exclusion of contrary evidence or argument.

The United Nations is an international organization whose self-proclaimed mission is to encourage and maintain world peace. Founded in 1945 after World War II to replace the League of Nations, its putative purpose was to stop wars and support health, nutrition and the general welfare of global populations.

According to the UN website, the organization has 4 main purposes:

* To keep peace throughout the world;

* To develop friendly relations among nations;

* To help nations work together to improve the lives of poor people, to conquer hunger, disease and illiteracy, and to encourage respect for each other's rights and freedoms;

* To be a centre for harmonizing the actions of nations to achieve these goals.

The UN website elaborates on the UN mission as follows: "Although best known for peacekeeping, peacebuilding, conflict prevention and humanitarian assistance, there are many other ways the United Nations and its System (specialized agencies, funds and programmes) focuses on a broad range of fundamental issues, from sustainable development, environment and refugees protection, disaster relief, counter terrorism, disarmament and non-proliferation, to promoting democracy, human rights, gender equality and the advancement of women, governance, economic and social development and international health, clearing landmines, expanding food production, and more, in order to achieve its goals and coordinate efforts for a safer world for this and future generations."

The UN is nothing like the bland, peaceful image it wishes to portray. From the very beginning it has been a stalking horse for elite world government. Even the land on which it sits was donated by the elitist Rockefeller family; and the Rockefellers have been involved in its workings – at the very top level – since inception. When the oil-for-food scandal threatened to entirely undo the UN's already uncertain image, it was David Rockefeller's righthand man Paul Volcker who was tapped to head a blue-ribbon investigative panel that ultimately exonerated the UN. It is the Rockefeller influence – and by inference the entire Anglosphere elite – that stands behind the UN and keeps this questionable and ineffective body afloat.

In reality, the UN is an extremely corrupt talk-shop and a fundamental building block of the New World Order that the power elite is continually implementing – and evermore aggressively in the 2000s. Its various organs have all been exposed at various times as ineffective as well as corrupt.

But the various missions of the UN are not nearly so important as the establishment of its worldwide mandate. It provides a Trojan Horse for the authoritarian-style world government that the elite has begun to create and the UN is increasingly a military and global judicial force as well.

In this video, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon provides the first-ever update on this ambitious program.

We learn from an article entitled, “Goals adopted in Dakar at the World Education Forum … cover the whole educational spectrum, from early childhood, primary and secondary education, through to vocational programmes for youth and literacy programmes for adults.”

Example … Alan Boeckmann, former CEO of the construction giant Fluor Corporation, is an example of a global citizen. Frustrated by the prevalence of corruption in theconstruction industry and dismayed by the impact corruption had on the communities in which Fluor operated, Boeckmann led his industry colleagues at the World Economic Forum to create the Partnering Against Corruption Initiative or PACI.

You see? It always comes down to power politics. Boeckmann was frustrated so he used the power of an international forum to create yet another platform that will punish people if they act in ways that the majority deems fraudulent.

Never mind that the rules themselves might be unfair, illigitemate or even stifling of people’s ability to make a living if they don’t have the resources and contacts of giant Fluor. These sorts of initiatives are intended to promote education … but only within the globalist parameters of the power elite.

The power elite, like rust, never sleeps. Whenever you look around it is starting some other program focused on internationalist goals – with the intention of bringing the whole world along.
