After stating the obvious — that "the right of the people" is an individual right — the Obama administration doesn't want the Supreme Court to consider the implications of not just having guns, but of actually taking them out of the closet.

And a FOIA request reveals yet another example of the demonization of gun owners in a military terrorism scenario.
